0404_FEZ: The last day

모로코에서의 마지막 날 아침, 리아드 응접실. 역시나 팅팅 부은 얼굴.

In the reception room of the riad in the last morning in Morocco. I undoubtedly have a swollen face again.

Dans le salon du riad au dernier matin au Maroc. J'ai encore un visage boursouflé.   

오늘의 아침도 어제와 비슷하다. 구운 바게뜨빵과 잉글리시 머핀 같은 빵이 추가된 정도.

Today's breakfast is similar to that of yesterday. Toasted baguettes and english muffin like bread have been served additionally.

리아드 체크아웃 하기 전에 옥상 테라스 구경을 해보기로 했다. 2층에서 내려다 본 응접실.   

We tried going up to the rooftop before checking out. This is the view of the reception room from the first floor.

On a décidé à voir sur la terrasse avant quitter le riad. C'est la vue du salon du premier étage.

 

우리가 묵은 방은 1층의 더블룸이었는데 2층엔 큰 방들이 많았다. 요 방은 캐노피 침대가 있던 투 베드룸.  몰래 들어가서 구경하기ㅎㅎ  

The room where we stayed was a double room on the ground floor, and there were bigger rooms on the first floor. This is one of them with a canopy bed. We stole a glance here.

La chambre où on a séjourné etait une chambre double sur le rez-de-chaussée et il y avait des chambres plus grandes sur le premier étage. C'est l'une d'eux avec un lit à baldaquin. Nous avons jeté un coup d'œil furtif sur la.;p

오늘도 비올 것 같으므로 떼어놨던 잠바 모자를 다시 붙였다.

 I put the hood back to my jumper because it looked like rain again.

J'ai fixé encore le capuchon à mon pull-over car il s'est apprêté à pleuvoir.

1층 내려오는 계단 벽에 거울이 있길래 또 커플 셀카 한 방.
그러고보니 모로코 리아드엔 계단에 거울이 많다. 다른 층으로 가기 전에 몸단장을 하란 소리??
There was a mirror on the wall between the ground floor and the first floor. Here, we took a picture of us again. It seems quite common to hang mirrors on the wall near stairs in Moroccan riads. Does it mean we should tidy up ourselves before going to other floors?
Il y avait un miroir sur le mur entre le rez-de-chaussée et le premier étage. Il semble qu'il est commun de mettre des miroirs aux murs près des escaliers dans les riads marocains. Est-ce que ça veux dire que nous devons ajuster nous-mêmes?

 

저녁 6시 반 비행기라 오후 3시까지 페스 메디나를 한 번 더 둘러보기로 했다. 원랜 근처 작은 산을 올라가보려 했는데 급 귀찮아져서 그냥 메디나 복습하기로 계획 변경ㅎ 가는 길 벽에 뭔가그려져 있었는데 벽보 붙이는 곳인가?  

As we had flights going back to London at half past six in the evening, we decided to look around the medina again. Actually, we had been going to climb up a hill nearby, but suddenly it felt too annoying, so we changed our minds. Lines for posters or whatever were drawn on the wall on the way we were heading to the medina.

Car on avait des vols aller retour à Londres à six heures et demie du soir, on a decidé à regarder encore le médina. En fait, on avait été va monter une petite montagne près d'ici mais, il etait soudain trop fatigant donc, on s'est ravisé. Les lignes pour les affiches ou les quelques choses ont été peint sur le mur dans la rue que nous allions.

Here is the famous blue gate of Fez, Bab Bou Jeloud, an entrance of the medina.

메디나가 아무리 미로같아도 요 블루게이트 찾기는 은근 쉬워서 그닥 길 잃을 염려하지 않아도 된다. 정 걱정되면 오프라인 저장해놓은 구글맵에 여기 위치 표시해놓고 다니면 됨. 페스 메디나도 역시 구글맵에 정확하게 표시되진 않지만 몇 군데 랜드마크만 표시해놓고 다니면 방향잡는데 아주 유용하다. 그나저나 여행 가기 전에 접한 정보로는, 요 블루게이트 근처가 특히나 삐끼가 심하다고 했는데 막상 가보니 생각보다 그리 심하지 않더라는... 두어명이 가이드를 자처하며 접근하긴 해도 이미 봤다고 하면 쿨하게 물러나심ㅎ

Although the medina is like a maze, this gate is quite easy to find so, you don't need  to worry too much to be lost. Also, if you mark some landmarks on the google map, it will be useful, too. BTW, I had heard that there would be a lot of touts around this gate before coming here, but it wasn't quite true in my experience. Of course, there were some guys who wanted to be our guides, but they immediately gave up when we told them we'd already seen it.  

La médina est labyrinthique mais, c'est facile à chercher la porte. La carte Google est utile aussi. Au fait, les gens disent qu'il y a beaucoup de raccrochages mais, ce n'etait pas tout à fait vrai d'après mon expérience. Bien sûr, il y avait des personnes qui voulaient être nos guides mais, ils ont abandonné immédiatement quand nous leur avons dit que nous avions déjà regardé la médina. 

 

 

메디나의 골목. 사실 주요 골목들에는 기념품 가게들이 즐비한데 어째 그런 사진은 한 장도 안 찍었네.

A path in the medina. In fact, there are a lot of souvenir shops on the main streets but I didn't took their pictures.

이 동네 사진관인데 유리창을 고객들의 사진으로 도배하는 우리네 사진관과는 달리 여기 유리창은 모로코 국왕 가족 사진으로 도배되어 있다. 이 사진들 여기 주인 아저씨가 직접 찍으신걸까? 알고보니 왕실 직속 사진사인 거 아냐??!!ㅋㅋ

Une fenêtre d'un atelier de photographies avec quelque photos de la famille royale du Maroc. Ont-elles été prises par le photographe de cet atelier? Il est un photographe désigné pour la famille royale??!! ;p

길 가다가 어떤 아저씨가 어디에서 왔냐고 묻길래 한국이라고 하니까 갑자기 무슈 K의 손을 덥썩 잡고  가게 안으로 끌고 들어가셨다. 아이고 낚였구나. 하고 있는데 아저씨가 벽에 걸린 자격증을 가리키면서 태권도, 태권도 하신다. 알고보니 이 아저씨, 태권도 유단자였던 것. (그것도 무려 5단!) 아저씨는 단지 자신이 연마하는 무술의 종주국에서 온 우리들이 반가우셨을 뿐이었다. 이렇게 정다운 모로코인을 또 한 명 더 만났다. 사진은 페스 메디나의 숨은 무림고수와 무슈K가 악수를 나누는 장면.

A man took Monsieur K in his shop when we told him we were come from South Korea. At first we thought he would try to sell something to us, but he just pointed a certificate on the wall and said, Taekwondo, Taekwondo. It was revealed that he was a master of Taekwondo who held a fifth-degree black belt of it! He just gladded to meet us who came from the country from which Taekwondo has originated. We met another sweet moroccan person like this.

Le monsieur amenait Monsieur K dans son magasin quand nous avons répondu que nous sommes Coréens. D'abord nous avons pensé qu'il allait essayer de vendre quelques choses à nous mais il a indiqué seulement une carte de qualification sur le mur et dit, Taikwondo, Taikwondo. Il s'est avéré qu'il  a un cinquième degré de courroie noire de Taikwondo. Il était simplement heureux de nous voir venu du pays dominant de Taikwondo. Nous avons rencontré un autre tendre marocain comme ça. 

 

 

벽에 그려진 낙서인데 꽤 창의력 돋는다. 공작과 뱀과 꽃과 나비가 스테인드 글라스 모양이라니ㅎㅎ

How creative the scribbles are! The peacock, snake, flower and butterfly look like stained glasses. :D

Ce sont les graffiti créatifs! Le paon, serpent, fleur et papillon, ils sont comme les vitraux :D

 

메인 골목들은 어제 웬만큼 가봤기에 좁은 골목들 위주로 탐험에 나섰다.

Today, we mainly explore narrow paths.

Aujourd'hui, on explore  principalement des passages étroits.

 

빨강, 노랑 강렬한 색대비의 대문. 그리고 저 뒤에 열심히 똥꼬 그루밍 중이신 냥이ㅋ

오늘도 비가 쏟아졌다가 그쳤다를 반복한다. 골목이 좁아 놓으니 우산 쓰는 게 되려 불편해서 가벼운 비 정도는 그냥 후드를 뒤집어 쓰는 게 낫다. 영국에서도 그렇고 점점 우산 안 쓰는 데 길들여져 가는구나.

Sometimes it rained, sometimes it stopped raining. Most of the paths were inconvenient to put up an umbrella, so I just put up the hood instead. :)  I'm getting used not to hold an umbrella not only here  but also in the U.K.

Parfois, il pleuvait, parfois il ne pleuvait pas. La plupart des chemins étaitent gênés à marcher avec un parapluie donc je mettais le capuchon en contre-échange. Je m'habitue à marcher sans parapluie quand it pleut non seulement ici mais aussi à Londres. 

여기도 생과일 오렌지 쥬스 장사가 드문드문 보이지만 왠지 마라케시만큼은 안 사먹게 된다. 이래서 장사는 같은 업종끼리 모여서 해야하는 것인가.
There are also some men who sell orange juice, but I didn't buy it often as in Marrakech. It makes me buy more when a lot of people sell the same things in the same place.
Il y avait aussi quelque personnes qui vendent du jus d'orange mais je n'ai pas acheté souvent comme à Marrakech. J'achète habituellement plus s'il y a beaucoup de gens qui vendent les mêmes choses au même endroit.

 

 

페스에서 만난 아기 냥이. 레코드 가게에서 키우는 아이인지 그곳 점원들이 이 아가냥 이름은 타타라고 알려주었다.

The baby cat which I met in Fez. Shop assistants here called him TATA.

Ce bébé chats que j'ai rencontrés à Fès.  Les vendeurs l'ont nommé TATA. 

 

얘네들은 청소년쯤 되는 냥이들. 페스에 유독 어린 고양이들이 많았다. 번식 활동이 활발한 지역인 건가? ㅡㅡ;

They are teenage cats. There were quite a lot of young cats in Fez. It may be a very fertile land. ;p

Ce sont des chats adolescents. Il y avait assez beaucoup des chats jeunes à Fès. Peut-être, c'est des terres fertiles, ici! ;p 

 

 

그리고 애교 완전 철철 넘치던 요 녀석!! 사람 손이 그리웠는지 나랑 무슈 K에게 찰싹 붙어 비비고 햝고 난리도 아니라 차마 떼어놓고 오기 안타까웠다 ㅠㅠ

And this one was full of charms. He may have missed people's touches. Poor little one. :'(

Et ce chat etait avec mille grâces. Peut-être, it voulait l'amour des personnes. Pauvre bébé :'( 

 

 

 

점심시간이 되어 이번에도 호객꾼 없으면서 느낌 괜찮아보이는 레스토랑 한 군데를 즉흥적으로 선택해 들어갔다. 우리가 선택한 식당은 메디나 안 대장간 골목 2층에 자리하고 있는 레스토랑 세파린Seffarine.

The restaurant we chose for our lunch called Seffarine. It is located on the path of blacksmiths' workshops.

Le restaurant appelé Seffarine lequel nous avons choisi pour notre déjeuner. Il est situé sur le chemin des maréchaleries.

 

 

 

아까 밖에서 보이던 창가에 앉아 아래를 내려다 볼 수 있다. 1층엔 대장간들이 모여 있어서 놋쇠 두드리는 소리가 계속해서 땅땅땅 들려왔다.

We could take a window seat and look out of it while eating. The place was ringing with the sound of hammering on brass.

On pouvait prendre une table côté de la fenêtre et regarder dehors en mangeant. Cet endroit a sonné avec le bruit des coups de marteau sur laiton.

 

 

 

모로코에서의 마지막 식사이다. 메뉴는 치킨 따진과 케프타 따진, 몇 가지 밑반찬 그리고 어김없이 스프라이트ㅎ 여기 치킨 따진이 특히 맛있었다!

Our last Moroccan meal: Chicken Tajin, Kefta Tajin, some side dishes and sprites again :) This chicken tajin was especially delicious!

Notre dernier repas marocain: Tajin de poulet, Tajin de kefta, certains plats d'accompagnement et les Sprites, encore. Ce tajin de poulet etait particulièrement très bon! 

 

   

밥을 먹은 후 숙소로 천천히 돌아와 미리 예약해뒀던 택시 타고 공항으로 가는데 여행의 긴장이 풀려서인지 밤도 아닌건만 갑자기 졸음이 쏟아진다ㅋ

We came back to the riad after finishing the lunch and took the taxi we had reserved. On the way going to the airport, I was suddenly really tired. I might have relaxed at the end of the travel.

Nous sommes rentrés à le riad après avoir notre repas et pris le taxi que nous avions réservé. J'étais soudain très fatigué sur en allant au aéroport. Je me suis peut-être décontracté à la fin du voyage. 

페스 공항 들어가기 직전. 마지막 날은 다행히도 무사히 마무리 되는구나.  탈도 많았지만 즐거웠던 모로코여 안녕. (참고로, 남은 모로코 디르함을 페스 공항에서 파운드로 환전하려 했더니 처음에 파운드를 디르함으로 환전하면서 받은 영수증을 가지고 있지 않으면 환전이 불가하다 했다. 대체 왜?? 어쨌든 우린 그 영수증 깔금하게 버려버리고 온지라 결국 영국 공항에 가서 환전해야 했다는 뒷이야기.)

It was just before going into the Fez airport. Fortunately, there wasn't any accident on the last day. Bye Bye Morocco! (FYI, you need the receipt which you received when you exchanged your currency for Moroccan Dirhams to exchange them again for your currency. I don't know the reason.)

C'etait juste avant d'entrer dans l'aéroport de Fès. Heureusement, Il n'y avait pas d'accident ce jour-là. Au revoir, Maroc! (Pour votre information, vous avez besoin de la reçu que vous avez reçu quand vous avez changé votre monnaie contre des dirhams pour les changer encore contre votre monnaie. Je ne sais pas de raison.)

  

 

 

우리가 탈 뱅기는 라이언 에어였다. 저번 스페인 여행 때 심하게 쿵쾅거리며 착륙한 이후로 웬만하면 다시 타고 싶지 않았는데 최고 저렴이 항공사라 비행기삯을 줄이려다보니 어쩔 수가 없었다. 추가요금 안내면 좌석조차 먼저 앉는 사람이 임자인 시스템이라 뱅기 탈 때 사람들이 먼저 타려고 발악을 한다. 줄 따위 서지 않음ㅋㅋ  

This was our plane, Ryanair. We had taken a plane of Ryanair in the previous travel to Spain and the landing had been too tough, so I didn't want to take it again this time. However, it is one of the cheapest airline, and I had no choice for the sake of saving our money. As they give no reserved seat without additional money, a lot of passengers competed with each other to get in first. They never queued ;p

C'est notre avion, Ryanair. Nous avons pris un avion de Ryanair aussi dans le dernier voyage en Espagne et l'atterrissage etait trop brusque. Alors, je ne voulais pas le prendre encore mais, il est l'un de la compagnie aérienne qui vend les billets bon marché et Je n'ai eu aucun choix pour plaindre l'argent. Les gens rivalisaient pour entrer dans l'avion car Ryanair ne donne pas des places réservées sans des suppléments. Ils n'ont jamais fait la queue ;p

 

 

이번엔 돈 조금 더 주고 좌석 지정해서 앉았는데 비상구석으로 했더니 자리가 완전 넓어! 우왕!! 일반 국적기 이코노미석보다도 넓음!! 우리 앞자리도 비상구석이었는데 그 자린 예약비가 더 비싸고 우리 자린 저렴했는데 차이가 뭐지?? 암튼 장시간 무릎 접고 앉아 있으면 시큰거리는 관절을 가진 나로선 자리가 넓으면 무조건 땡큐다ㅎㅎ  

We payed additional fee to take reserved seats this time. Those were exit seats and had wider space than the other seats! Hooray!!

On a payé un supplément pour prendre les places réservées cette fois. Ils etaient à côté de la sortie de secours et avaient l'espace plus large! Tralala!!  

 

간만에 타는 밤비행기. 이건 스페인 상공 어드메를 날고 있을 때인 듯.

We had a night flight. Monsieur K took this picture when we were flying maybe above Spain.

On avions un vol de nuit. Monsieur K a pris cette photo quand on était en train de voler peut-être au-dessus de l'Espagne.

요건 런던 스탠스테드 공항 거의 다 와서 내가 찍은 런던 야경 사진인데... 구려ㅡㅡ;; 암튼 밤 11시 넘어 공항 도착해서 집에 오니 거진 새벽 2시였다. 그래도 무사히 도착해서 다행이야. 난 이번 여행이 파이널 데스티네이션 되는 줄 알았지 뭐야ㅋ

This awful picture is the night view of London which I took when we almost arrived at London Stansted airport. Although we arrived at home around 2 a.m., I appreciate our safe arrival.

Cette photo horrible est la vue de nuit de Londres que j'ai pris quand nous sommes arrivés presque à Stansted Aéroport de Londres. Nous sommes arrivés chez nous à vers 2 heures, mais je bénir notre arrivée sans incident.
